body measurements
This is a subtitle for your new post

Body measurements are one way to determine the appropriate size/frame geometry.
total height
inseam
Take a level and pull it up as high as possible in your crotch. The level should be perfectly horizontal. Now measure the distance from the floor to the top edge of the level. Important: Measure without shoes.
sternal notch
The distance from the floor to the top of your sternum. This is the point where you can press your finger into the hollow under your neck. Important: Measure without shoes.
arm length
The distance from the bottom of your arm (the point where the bone protrudes slightly above the wrist for most people) to the top of your shoulder joint. Important: Your arms must be fully extended.
Send me your total height, inseam, arm length, and sternum notch height. Then I can determine the best frame geometry for you.
